Ask Adam to assemble the information someone needs to build, inspect, or review the design. Start from the intended audience and the controlled source files.

Create work instructions

Provide the assembly, BOM, relevant drawings, sequence, tooling, and any approved process specifications. The model can show component relationships, but values such as tightening torque, adhesive cure time, and inspection limits need an authoritative source.

Prepare a release package

Define the required contents and file naming. A typical package may include the native model, exchange file, drawing PDF, BOM, revision summary, and review record. Your team’s process determines what is required.

Check consistency

For Arena, name the exact item, revision, and requested record operation. Preparing files does not by itself release an item or approve a change. Keep your existing PLM and approval process as the authority for those states.

Hand off the result

Open the exported files, check the manifest against the package, and assign the remaining review items. Preserve the reviewed source and final outputs together. Related: Drawing review, Batch operations, and Repeat engineering work.
