The Arena integration lets Adam work with authorized Arena product data, including items, bills of materials, suppliers, files, and changes.

Connect Arena

1

Open Arena in Integrations

In Adam, select Integrations, search for Arena, and open its connection card.
2

Enter your Arena credentials

Sign in with the Arena email address and password for the account Adam should use.
3

Verify the account

Confirm Arena appears under Connected, then ask Adam to inspect a known item or change without editing it.
Adam uses the credentials to establish the Arena session. The integration stores the resulting session in encrypted form; it does not save your Arena password.

Work safely with PLM data

Arena permissions remain in effect. Use an account whose Arena role matches the work Adam is allowed to perform. For changes to released product data, separate review from execution:

Inspect an Arena change before writing

A write to an item, BOM, or change process can affect downstream manufacturing work. State the exact records Adam may change and require approval when the task is exploratory.

Disconnect or repair the session

Open IntegrationsConnected, select Arena, and disconnect the account when it should no longer be used by the team. If Arena stops responding:
  • confirm the Arena account can sign in directly and is not locked;
  • check whether the account’s password, role, or organization access changed;
  • disconnect and reconnect to establish a fresh session; and
  • retry with a specific record that the account is known to access.
