Ask Adam to review a PDF, native drawing, or drawing-and-model pair. A PDF supports a review of visible content. A connected native drawing can provide additional evidence about dimensions, model references, and revision state where the integration exposes it.

Give the review a scope

Attach all sheets and identify the revision. Include the matching model when you want geometry checked, and provide the relevant house rules or supplier checklist. State which standard and edition apply if the review depends on them.
Review a supplier drawing package

Inspect three kinds of finding

Avoid treating every concern as a defect. An absent tolerance can be covered by an applicable general note, and a deliberately pinned model revision may be correct for an already released drawing.

Compare revisions

Check what changed between revisions
For native drawings, ask Adam to check source-reference freshness before refreshing anything. Updating a reference can change dimensions; review the resulting sheet and annotations again.

Close the review

After corrections, repeat the relevant checks on the final native drawing and exported PDF. Ask for the findings list with resolved items, remaining questions, and evidence for each resolution. The result is a scoped engineering review. Approval follows your team’s checking and release process. Continue with drawing creation or documentation and release.
